Civil Society Human Rights Advocacy Platform (CSO-Platform) participated a one day stakeholder dialogue on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) with Traditional and Religious leaders organize: by Amplifying Rights Network (ARN)
Under the theme: Bridging Faith, Culture and Health: Promoting sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights through Inclusive Leadership.
On July 15th 2025, Amplifying Rights Network (ARN), traditional and religious leaders convened at a one day high-level dialogue to advance conversation around Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) in Liberia. The dialogue align health priorities with Faith and Cultural leadership to address pressing challenges such as maternal mortality and teenage pregnancy.
The meeting aimed at Increase awareness on SRHR, Empower local leaders to advocate for SRHR in their communities, as well as Bridging Culture, Religious and public health barriers to reduce maternal death with adolescent pregnancies.
The meeting called to action, Educating communities to reduce stigma and myths, Promoting SRHR educating among adolescents, collaborating with health institutions and Civil Society to implement rights-based SRHR interventions and Referring women and girls for safe, legal and professional healthcare services.
